インターネット環境をつかった、非営利の出版プロジェクトです。スタート時よりウェブ、紙媒体両方で出版活動をしてきました。協力者、寄稿者の発信元はアメリカ、ヨーロッパ、アジアなど多様で、言語も作品により日英以外のものも使われています。アートを通して（政治活動や宗教ではなく）、他者を理解したり、世界を良い方向に進めていく手助けができたらと思い、この活動を始めました。（大黒和恵）
Non-profit publishing project through the internet. The works are both on the web and in paper available since founded. Collaborators and contributors are from the US, Europe countries, Asian countries, etc. and the language of each work is not only English and Japanese. We started this project, Happano, to understand others (otherness) and to help the world get better through art, not the way of political or religious activities.
