知的障がい者と健常者がともに踊る
心と身体の学級 ＜四ッ谷・高円寺・町田＞
＜心と身体の学級＞は、舞踏家 中嶋 夏を中心に、ダンスを通じて心と身体を解放させようというクラスです。働く大人たち、子どもたち、ハンディキャップ（知的障がい）の人達、プロのダンサー達、参加する仲間達は多彩です。
＜定例会＞：都内３カ所、月２回ずつ PM6：30～8：30
四ツ谷クラス ：第2,4土曜日＠四ッ谷ひろば地下ギャラリー（丸の内線・四谷三丁目駅）
杉並クラス：第1,3土曜日＠高円寺障害者交流館（中央線・高円寺駅／丸の内線・新高円寺駅）
町田クラス ：第1,3水曜日＠玉川学園文化センター（玉川学園前駅）
＜参加費＞（ひとり）１,５００円
＜内容＞身体をゆるめる準備運動、ものを使った遊び、表現としてのダンスなど

相手の身体に触れること、触れられること。自分の重みを相手に委ねること、委ねられること。自分の身体の音色を聴くこと、相手の呼吸を知ること。道具で遊んでみること、そして夢見ること。
ダンスを通して生命がもう少しピカピカ輝くことができればなによりです。

講師：中嶋夏
土方 巽、大野 一雄に師事。１９６９年舞踏集団＜霧笛舎＞創立。１９８３年ロンドン国際芸術祭を始まりとして、その後世界有数のフェスティバルに参加。ニューヨーク市私立大学を始め、各国舞踊養成所教授歴任。９２年より知的障害者舞踊教育に携わる。現在＜心と身体の学級＞町田クラス、杉並クラス、四谷クラスにてコミニュティー・ダンス活動を展開中。
BODY & MIND Dance Class <dance with the intellectual disabled>
Body & Mind Dance Class is aiming to open our body and mind through dance.
We welcome variety of people such as－－the intellectual disabled , working people, children, professional dancers etc.
We all dance together guided by Natsu Nakajima---one of the most important Butoh dancers and a world famous choreographer who organize “Mutekisha Dance Company”.
＜Participants＞： Anyone including the Intellectual disabled.
＜Class＞：３places in Tokyo / PM6：30～8：30
*Yotsuya Class：2nd and 4th Saturday ＠Yotsuya Hiroba Gallery Lamp（Yotsuya-sanchome Station :Tokyo Metro Marunouchi-Line）
*Suginami Class：1st and 3rd Saturday ＠Kouenji shogaisha Kouryu Kan (Kouenji Station：JR Chuo-Line or Shin-Koenji Station: Tokyo Metro Maruouchi-Line）
*Machida Class：1st and 3rd Wednesday ＠Tamagawa Bunka Center（Tamagawa-gakuenmae Station：Odakyu-Line）

Natsu Nakajima ---is one of important dancers who established “Butoh Activity” under the guidance of the originator Tatsumi Hijikata and Kazuo Ohno in early 1960. She has established < Mutekisha Dance Company＞in 1969. Her performance, <Garden> was acclaimed in all over the world. She is pioneer of dance education for the disabled. < The class for Body and Mind > is held at Yotsuya, Kouennji, and Machida.
